Amsterdam - friends, gin, pancakes and cheese - what could be better
Ok so the title clearly gives a little too much away.
Amsterdam was absolutely awesome, one of those places where you could wander the streets by the canals all day and night and barely tire of its romance. It was fabulous to catch up with friends we both hadn’t seen in quite some time that live in Amsterdam (great to have local tips too)!
One of the cherished memories... hunting for a particular cheese that the wonderful Charlotte and Freek had recommended and man was it worth the effort... super old hard cheese that had formed large salt crystals throughout .... yummmm!
